Two services(drawings) on the projecting of MC(Metal Constructions) and MDC (Metal Detailed Constructions)have been unleashed.
MC Drawings
MC Drawings contain general plans and schemes of important chains or sections.

- Calculation of construction elements;
- Interface nodes workout;
- Possibilities of using our construction in sanitary, technological and energy part of the whole project.
Besides MC projecting entails metal specification on separate construction elements.MC drawing is a base for MDC and is used for exact manufacturing and correct placing of the constructions.
Drawings produced by our company define following guarantees:

- Definition of estimated strength of the construction elements and the places of their link;

MDS drawings
MDC drawings are basic documents on which the production of construction is based.

Metal Constructions
Building metal constructions are manufactured within one factory on automatic or semiautomatic lines produced in Germany, Austria, USA, Czech Republic, Holland and Italy(such works as Peddinghaus, Gietart, Pierce, GEKA, MEBA, OTECO, LEMMER, ZEMAN, FRONIUS and others)
Before painting all metallic constructions must undergo shot blasting to a special class. Such blastings are made on machines Gietart(USA) and OTECO(Czech Republic).Danish machines of SIGMA are used for painting.
The production of metallic constructions and the delivered products are fully certified and have European quality certificates EN ISO 3834-2 ,EN 1090-2:2018

Much attention should be paid to metal constructions for house building called Sin-beams.
A Sin-beam is a lighter corrugated I-beam ,whose I-joists are welded into corrugated steel wall.
The production of SIN-beams is based on the robotic automatic line produced by “ZEMAN BAUELEMENTE Produktionsgesellshaft mbH Austria.
The corrugated sheet is connected to the surface with a single one-side firm welded seam. The welding mode matches the scanning device by the length of the weld ,taking into account the shearing defects and commanding the welding heads of the robots produced by Swedish „ABB”

Advantages of corrugated beams
Productivity
A corrugated beam is extremely productive when used in big spans, its length always corresponds to the data of an individual order with span lengths up to 80 m. Corrugated beams can be used as spans, one or multi-span frames, bridge structures and columns.
Steel frame weight reduction to 15 %
A profiled sheet of the beam wall maintains big hardness and sustainability to deformation compared to an ordinary I-beam wall, which helps to do without additional structural stiffeners and ties and reduce metal weight of constructions.
High load bearing capacity
Corrugated beams have a maximum bearing capacity taking into account their optimal weight. They combine the advantages of lattice frames(big spans with small weights) and ordinary rolled beams (a small construction height and high bearing capacity)
